Today, this story is authored by Alejandro Vigil, an oenologist whose precision speaks for itself.
 
The cabernet sauvignon, the protagonist of this tale, was born from an encounter as natural as it was improbable: in the vineyards of southwestern France, cabernet franc and sauvignon blanc grew side by side until cross-pollination gave rise to a new variety. This spontaneous union inherited the best of both worlds: the profound structure and character of one, alongside the aromatic freshness and herbal nuance of the other. The label of this red wine encapsulates the story in a symbolic manner, almost like a small illustrated myth, where each character embodies its origin: the cabernet franc as a fox tied to classic elegance, the sauvignon blanc as an ethereal and luminous figure, and the cabernet sauvignon as the travelling offspring carrying that dual heritage across the globe.
