About Clos Lentiscus Sumoll Reserva Familiar Blanc de Noirs

Clos Lentiscus Sumoll Reserva Familiar Blanc de Noirs is a sparkling wine produced by Clos Lentiscus in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona, under the D.O. Penedés.

The family winery is situated in the centre of the Garraf Natural Park, where its vines are planted predominantly on calcareous clay soils. Biodynamic agriculture is implemented on the vineyard, producing truly artisan and unique sparkling wines. This wine is made with the Sumoll grape variety.

In regards to the winemaking process, only native yeasts are used during production. During the second fermentation the sparkling wine is aged for 72 months on its lees in the bottle.

Clos Lentiscus Sumoll Reserva Familiar Blanc de Noirs is a truly unique sparkling wine, with subtle notes of red fruits, with well integrated bubbles which are pleasant in the mouth.
